About The Position

Provide multi-faceted support to pharmacists and clinic staff within the UW Health Medication Management Clinic. Coordinate and schedule patient appointments while ensuring timely follow-up and continuity of care. Triage patient phone calls and respond to MyChart messages to support patient needs and escalate clinical concerns when appropriate. Assist patients with medication access by conducting benefit investigations, navigating insurance barriers, and authorizing refills under established protocols. Be a strong team player, highly detail-oriented, and a critical thinker who easily prioritizes work and manages time within a busy work environment. Work a great schedule with no weekends or holidays!

Requirements

• 6 months experience as a pharmacy technician, completion of accredited Pharmacy Technician Training Program, or completion of second year of pharmacy school.
• Wisconsin Pharmacy Technician Registration Upon Hire
