The position requires knowledge of automation and technology, troubleshooting issues, maintaining inventory, processing drug recalls, and ensuring proper documentation. The lead will also review billing processes, assist with training materials, and act as a role model for safe and efficient pharmacy practices. Expertise in medication handling, regulatory compliance, automation troubleshooting, and billing/insurance processes is expected, along with familiarity with age-specific care requirements.
