About The Position

The Labware Technician is a motivated self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team. The role prepares and sterilizes laboratory supplies and glassware, maintains lab inventory and cleanliness, and removes trash. It is a full-time position operating primarily in a controlled laboratory environment in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. Work schedules may vary at times. No travel is expected.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• NJ Pharmacy Technician License required upon hire or within 90 days.
• Must be capable of wearing all required protective gear: gown, hair bonnet, mask, beard cover, gloves, and goggles.
• Must exhibit punctuality and low absenteeism.
• Must be able to sit and/or stand for 8–10 hours or more per day as needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds on occasion.
• Competencies include attention to detail, organizational skills, teamwork, thoroughness, and time management.

Nice To Haves

• PTCB Certification.
• Laboratory experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean, prepare, and sterilize supplies and glassware for Lab Technicians.
• Stock dishware for use in the laboratory.
• Refill stock supplies when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness in the laboratory.
• Remove trash daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
