About The Position
This role involves medication preparation and dispensing, providing administrative and clerical support, managing medication stocking/delivery and automated medication equipment, performing patient care functions, and sterile compounding.
Requirements
- HS diploma or GED required.
- At least 24 months hospital pharmacy (or equivalent as determined by pharmacy leadership), exceeds the minimum requirements of Level I.
- OK permit required within 90 days of hire
- PTCB CPhT certification required within 90 days of hire (subject to termination).
- All Level I and II competencies.
