About The Position
This role provides ancillary/technical assistance to the Pharmacist in multiple available pharmacy settings to support medication distribution to patients. The position is located in Fresno/Clovis, CA.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, General Education Development (GED) or Completion of a CMC Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
- RXTECH - State of California Pharmacy Technician License required
Responsibilities
- Post and fill medication orders
- Distributes and delivers medications
- Answers phones under direction of a Pharmacist
- Prepares and fills IV additive solution orders according to prescribed procedures
- Assists in inventory control including ordering, stock rotation, and return of outdated medications
