The Pharmacy Team Lead - Retina has primary responsibility for supporting the Pharmacy Manager with the daily operations of the pharmacy’s Retina prescription program. The Pharmacy Team Lead – Retina acts as the main point of contact for designated Retina clinics and provides daily oversight and guidance to pharmacy staff to ensure that Retina prescription workflow is completed within required timelines. The Pharmacy Team Lead – Retina also works with clinic staff and other stakeholders to provide exemplary customer service and clinic support, while working with management to address and resolve clinic concerns. In addition, the Pharmacy Team Lead – Retina will assist management with implementation of new clinics, process changes and staff training. The Pharmacy Team Lead - Retina is expected to participate in all aspects of Sentrex Pharmacy required of a team player. All roles at Sentrex Pharmacy may be cross trained as permitted by scope of practice, and you may be required to help out in other areas of the pharmacy.
