About The Position
Spencer Hospital is a rural hospital located in northwest Iowa employing over 500+ employees. Positions at Spencer Hospital are not affiliated with Avera; however, we collaborate to provide services to the communities we serve. Employment offers, if accepted, are exclusively with Spencer Hospital. Please note this position is hourly and does not receive tips.
Requirements
- Must register with the Iowa Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Support Person or hold current registration as Pharmacy Tech with the State of Iowa
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- Pharmacy experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance and administrative support for the Pharmacy department
- Provide customer service via phone and in person efficiently
- Stocking and ordering of supplies
- Update and maintain documents, policies and forms as directed
- Engage in caring and professional communication
