About The Position
This is a PGY2 Pharmacy Resident position at UW Health Swedish American Hospital. The role is 100% FTE and involves weekdays during day/evening shifts, with rotating weekends and holidays. Additional compensation components include evening, night, and weekend shift differentials, overtime, and on-call pay.
Requirements
- Completion of an ASHP accredited PGY1 residency
- Pharm.D. degree from an ACPE accredited College of Pharmacy
- Current licensure from State of Illinois or license eligible
- Passing NAPLEX/IL MPJE scores & Illinois pharmacist license to Human Resources within 120 days of hire
- ACLS certified within 30 days of hire
