About The Position

This position is responsible for supervising and overseeing day-to-day operations of a pharmacy operations unit involved in the resolution of pharmacy issues (claims, coding, pricing, etc.) and data management/reporting on pharmacy operations. Ensure issues are resolved in a timely and accurate manner. Work with internal departments and vendors to resolve issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree and 2 years business experience OR 6 years business experience including 2 years pharmacy operations experience
• Leadership skills
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical and organizational skills and experience consistently meeting deadlines
• PC proficiency including Word and Excel and database experience

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of the health care industry
• Knowledge of pharmacy operations
• Pharmacy Technician certification
