About The Position

Looking for a working Part Time Lead on 2nd shift, Monday thru Friday 5:00pm to 10:00pm. The employee needs to represent CST in a professional manner and will be very visible to the customer. The Lead will need to stay an hour later after the staff leaves to walk the routines and work on the hot spot areas.

Requirements

Must have floor tech experience (Scrubber + waxer)

General janitorial experience

Responsibilities

Cafeteria cleaning
Gym cleaning
Training of staff
Floor Tech (Scrubber and Waxing)
Cleaning hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, stairways, cafeteria, break rooms and other areas.
Replenishing paper and soap products in restrooms, cleaning mirrors, showers, sinks, and toilets.
Emptying and cleaning waste baskets and taking trash and waste to disposal area.
Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
Washing vents.
Washing windows, blinds, door panels ledges and sills.
Dusting furniture, light fixtures and equipment.
Assisting in the completion of the workload in the absence of other employees.
Assisting with special projects as assigned by management.
Walking the routines and working on hot spot areas after staff leaves.
