Requirements

2+ years of supervisory experience
Experience providing coaching towards metric driven goals in metrics driven environment
Proven sound computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Willing or flexibility to work outside of regular scheduled hours in order to meet demands of business as needed

Nice To Haves

Associate's or bachelor’s degree
Pharmacy Technician Certification for the state of Florida
2+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience
Supervisory experience within a pharmacy production environment
Experience producing document routine reports and correspondence
Knowledge of Pharmacy dispensing systems

Responsibilities

Oversight and Leads Clerk/Tech Line Level Positions in Fulfillment (Approximately 20 direct reports)
Coordinates, supervises and is accountable for the daily activities of business support, technical or production team or unit
Impact of work is most often at the team level
Supervises a team of Pharm Techs/Clerks
Owns output at task level
Work is generally limited to own function
Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion
Coordinates work activities with other supervisors
Develops plans to meet short-term objectives
Identifies and resolves operational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgment
Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan
Product, service or process decisions are most likely to impact individual employees and/or customers (internal or external)
Analyzes and investigates
Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise
Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise
Investigates non- standard requests and problems, with some assistance from others
Works exclusively within a specific knowledge area
Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines
Provides explanations and information to others on topics within area of expertise
