As a Pharmacy Operations Lead Representative, you will be responsible for the distribution of workload and monitoring of workflow for members of their assigned area to ensure assigned work is completed timely and accurately. You will serve as a resource to the supervisor and provide backup to cell owners and team members. This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent experience, a minimum of three years of relevant working experience, with experience in a pharmacy dispensing setting being mandatory. A Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration as required by state law is also necessary. General PC knowledge including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email skills is preferred. You should possess knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within dispensing pharmacy, strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and effective verbal and written communication skills. A willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate heavy work volumes, the ability to stand for extended periods, and the capacity to adapt in a dynamic work environment, learn quickly, solve problems, and make decisions are essential. The physical requirements include the ability to sit and/or stand for lengthy periods, lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and 20 lbs. frequently, perform repetitive motion with fingers, hands, and arms, and work in confined areas close to machinery or in environments with varying noise levels. This position is fully on-site.
