Requirements

Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
Active pharmacist license in good standing in the state of practice.
Certification to administer immunizations as permitted by state law.
Strong leadership and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively, motivate others, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the pharmacy team to provide safe, accurate, and compassionate care.
Manage daily pharmacy operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and exceptional customer service.
Accurately fill and verify prescriptions while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.
Provide meaningful patient counseling on prescription and over-the-counter medications.
Oversee the administration of immunizations and ensure all services meet company and state standards.
Maintain pharmacy records, inventory, and security in alignment with company policies and HIPAA requirements.
Collaborate with healthcare providers, insurance partners, and internal teams to coordinate patient care.
Hire, train, and mentor pharmacy team members, fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
Ensure compliance with company policies, audits, and regulatory requirements.
Engage with the local community and participate in outreach or wellness initiatives.
