About The Position

The Pharmacy Manager leads pharmacy operations and serves as the pharmacist in charge, with responsibility for the pharmacy’s financial performance under the direction of the Division Pharmacy Manager. The role is part of a team providing direct patient care and wellness services, including disease-state management, medication-therapy optimization, patient-centered care, and support for acute and chronic conditions. The position offers an opportunity to lead in a fast-paced pharmacy setting and strengthen relationships with patients and the community.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Pharm.D., or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Active pharmacy license in the state or states of practice, with all held licenses in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer required.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.

Nice To Haves

• One year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively deliver patient care services.
• Uphold operational standards, including performance metrics, safety, and compliance.
• Recruit, train, and supervise the pharmacy team.
• Partner with management to develop and implement initiatives to increase profitability.
• Manage the pharmacy’s financial performance and act as pharmacist in charge.
