NYP/Westchester-Pharmacy Intern – Per Diem
About The Position
NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital is hiring pharmacy interns to gain experience across its specialty areas while working alongside experienced pharmacists and receiving mentorship in a shared-learning environment. Interns will encounter current pharmacy practices and technologies and contribute to the clinical team. Under the direct supervision of a pharmacist, the pharmacy intern compounds and dispenses pharmaceuticals and related items needed for the safe and appropriate use of oncology drugs and chemotherapy, following established policies and procedures. Multiple positions are available. Employees must live within commuting distance of the hospital; travel expenses are not reimbursed.
Requirements
- Be enrolled in an accredited School of Pharmacy.
- Hold a New York State Pharmacy Intern Permit.
- Work weekends and holidays.
- Some positions require overnight shifts and at least one weekday shift per week.
- Live within a commutable distance to NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital; travel expenses are not reimbursed.

- Pharmacy student graduating in 2027 or 2028.
