Pharmacy Intern, First Shift, Outpatient Pharmacy
About The Position
UC Health is hiring a part time Pharmacy Intern for the Outpatient Pharmacy at the University of Cincinnati’s Medical Center. The Pharmacy Intern provides support to pharmacists, clinical pharmacy specialists, and pharmacy leadership in all aspects of providing pharmacy services. Functions performed under the supervision of a pharmacist include but are not limited to interdisciplinary patient care rounds, admission medication history, medication counseling and patient education, drug information, drug dosing, drug preparation, drug distribution, and medication administration as allowed by law.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited pharmacy program
- Must be able to work under the supervision of a pharmacist

- Experience in an outpatient pharmacy setting
- Familiarity with pharmacy operations and clinical opportunities
