About The Position

The Pharmacy Customer Service/Billing Representative provides customer service to external and internal customers of PruittHealth Pharmacy Services and maintains accurate billing for Home Infusion customers. The role supports daily and monthly billing review, customer inquiries, and the organization of job-related paperwork. Duties are carried out in accordance with the company’s mission, vision, philosophy, policies, and applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• 1–3 years of experience in medical billing or collections.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with home infusion billing is highly desired.
• Previous experience with CPR+ Home Infusion software or other billing software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate billing information obtained from daily census, LTC, and other sources.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external pharmacy home infusion customers.
• Review pre-billing reports daily for accuracy.
• Review monthly statements for accuracy.
• Respond productively to change and handle additional projects as assigned.
• Carry out duties with a “Commitment to Caring” attitude in accordance with the company’s mission, vision, and philosophy.
• Follow company policies and procedures, state and federal laws and regulations, and report violations to the appropriate supervisor.
• File and organize paperwork related to job duties.
• Keep the supervisor informed of daily activities and issues.
