About The Position

Responsible for assisting retail pharmacy customers with pharmaceutical and/or over-the-counter merchandise needs, questions and concerns within established corporate guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Verify and prepare prescriptions accurately for customer pick-up.
  • Assist with daily duties of customer service process to insure smooth operation of the customer service department.
  • Assist the delivery technicians with delivery questions.
  • Assist with distribution of over-the-counter merchandise.
  • Assist with maintenance of the over-the-counter shelving to present a neat, professional image.
  • Promptly assist customers with products and services.
  • Provide quality customer service to the customer.
  • Promptly answer multi-line telephone.
  • Interact as needed with other departments and locations regarding products and services.
  • Operate standard office equipment including: photocopy machine computer/printer multi-line telephone
  • Keep work areas neat and clean.
  • Comply with HIPAA policies and procedures.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
