About The Position

SynergenX Health is seeking a Full-Time Pharmacy Customer Care Representative to join their team. This role focuses on weight loss and clinical care, offering meaningful work in a supportive and dynamic environment. The representative will be responsible for answering all pharmacy-related incoming calls, texts, and emails, and handling customer questions and complaints. The representative must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. In accordance with state and federal regulations, the representative will perform data entry and patient registration, and respond to high-volume customer inquiries, working under direct supervision. They will follow standard operating procedures and perform duties in accordance with Company policies and procedures. The representative is responsible for using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year of high-volume call center experience
• Experience with CRM or EHR software (minimum one year)
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and good judgment
• Must pass a routine criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and messages promptly and professionally.
• Schedule patient appointments in the EHR system.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and routing with accuracy and care.
• Document all communications in the CRM platform.
• Provide excellent customer service and support administrative tasks as needed.
