SynergenX Health is seeking a Full-Time Pharmacy Customer Care Representative to join their team. This role focuses on weight loss and clinical care, offering meaningful work in a supportive and dynamic environment. The representative will be responsible for answering all pharmacy-related incoming calls, texts, and emails, and handling customer questions and complaints. The representative must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. In accordance with state and federal regulations, the representative will perform data entry and patient registration, and respond to high-volume customer inquiries, working under direct supervision. They will follow standard operating procedures and perform duties in accordance with Company policies and procedures. The representative is responsible for using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information.
