About The Position

VytlOne (formerly Maxor National Pharmacy Services) is seeking a compassionate, customer service oriented, bilingual Spanish, full time Pharmacy Concierge for one of our clinic-based pharmacies located in Washington, DC. The concierge role is designed to provide personalized attention to patients in order to enhance the customer service experience. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 1 year customer service experience preferred
  • Reliability and desire to grow is paramount
  • Ability to communicate well with people from a diverse background
  • A commitment to treating all patients with empathy and compassion
  • Basic technical and organization skills
  • High customer service orientation, exhibiting a welcoming disposition with the ability to be consistently polite, helpful, kind, courteous and discreet.
  • Fluent Bilingual Spanish speaking skills a MUST
  • The successful candidate should have the ability to communicate well with people from various backgrounds, specifically those with diverse race, ethnicity, gender identity and sexual orientation.

Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet customers upon arrival in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain order and efficiency in lobby area.
  • Facilitate communication between patients and back-end pharmacy staff.
  • Provide direction and assistance for patients in need of Unity Health Care Pharmacy services beyond the pharmacy.
  • Work with patients to improve understanding of pharmacy communication systems.
  • Offer a warm “thank you for your business” to exiting customers.
  • Promptly report any allegations of impropriety to the Compliance Department.
  • Comply with VytlOne’s Ethical Business Conduct policy and VytlOne’s Compliance Program.
  • Remain free from exclusion under the Office of the Inspector General and SAMS Medicare/Medicaid lists.
  • Complete required training, as assigned, within the established timeframes.
  • Must be able to cope with the mental and emotional stress of the position.
  • Maintain regular attendance in accordance with established policies.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
