Pharmacy Technician - Full Time - Unity Health, East of the River. ROTATING HOURS- 8 HOUR SHIFTS: Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:30pm, no weekends or nights! Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Computer experience mandatory
- Proven track record of exemplary customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, to interact with a wide variety of individuals to successfully provide optimal patient care
- MUST HAVE DC TECHNICIAN LICENSE, OR BE IN PROCESS OF APPLYING FOR DC TECHNICIAN LICENSE WITH LICENSURE IN ANOTHER STATE

Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists in providing accurate, timely, appropriate, and compliant pharmacy services as per local/federal regulations and company policies and procedures
- Enter patient data and prescription information accurately and efficiently
- Provide compassionate and attentive customer service
- Answer telephones expediently and courteously
- Operate POS and ring sales accurately
- Demonstrate proficiency, sensitivity, and a sense of urgency during all phone and on-site interactions
- Complete tasks in an organized, accurate and efficient manner
- Think and act proactively
- Demonstrate the utmost professionalism at all times
- Accurately and efficiently handle other job duties as assigned
