Requirements
- Current Registered Pharmacist License (RPh) for applicable state required.
- ACLS and/or PALS required within three months of hire.
- A minimum of two years of experience in hospital practice required.
- Keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems applicable to job functions.
Nice To Haves
- Residency training preferred.
- Five years of preferred experience in hospital practice.
Responsibilities
- Site-specific coordination of clinical and quality improvement activities.
- Participation as a member of a clinical team, composed of Clinical Coordinators from each Legacy hospital, and the Manager for Clinical/Quality Improvement.
- Design, implementation, and evaluation of all activities related to the drug formulary, drug therapy monitoring, and professional development on a Legacy-wide basis.
