About The Position

As a Pharmacy Clerk, your day is focused on creating a smooth and efficient experience for customers at the pharmacy counter. You’ll greet customers, process transactions, and assist with locating non‑prescription items while ensuring each interaction is professional and courteous. You play an important role in helping customers navigate their visit and direct questions to the pharmacist when needed. Another part of the role is keeping the pharmacy organized and running consistently throughout the day. You’ll assist with order processing, maintain cleanliness, and help manage records and basic pharmacy tasks within regulatory guidelines. With multiple tasks happening at once, the pace stays steady making it a good fit for someone who is organized, detail‑focused, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older (or 18 years of age or older, depending on location requirements)
• Ability to operate computers, registers, and pharmacy systems
• Strong communication and basic math skills required
• Compliance with all company policies and applicable pharmacy regulations

Nice To Haves

• Prior customer service or retail experience preferred
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed preferred
