Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential, as representatives will handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
- Verbal communication skills are utilized daily to engage with customers, ensuring they feel heard and valued.
