The Pharmacy Cashier will provide front-desk, cashier, and administrative support while assisting the pharmacy staff with daily operations. This is an excellent entry-level role for someone with customer service experience who wants to grow in a healthcare setting.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information responsibly.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail oriented.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a cashier, receptionist, or customer service associate preferred
• Basic computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide excellent customer service at the pharmacy counter
• Process transactions accurately
• Answer phones, schedule pickups, and handle patient inquiries
• Maintain patient records with confidentiality and accuracy
• Assist with prescription drop-off and pickup processes
• Support pharmacists and technicians with light clerical or inventory tasks
• Ensure the front counter and waiting area remain clean and organized.
