Handle incoming calls from pharmacies and providers in a professional, confidential, and timely manner. Register and update patient and request information in electronic systems with accuracy. Guide pharmacies on benefit coverage, claim submissions, and authorization processes. Perform system adjustments and overrides to ensure proper claim resolution. Support pharmacies with claim-related issues and processing questions. Assist with onboarding or guidance for pharmacy representatives. Follow CMS and applicable regulatory standards in all assigned duties. Complete additional operational tasks as assigned by leadership.
