Previous community pharmacy experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Collaborating with other team members to provide timely high quality healthcare service delivery and exceptional client experience.
Having meticulous attention to detail in your work.
Being highly client service focused
Prepare and package prescriptions under pharmacist and/or pharmacy technician supervision
Input accurate patient and prescription data into pharmacy software
Process refill requests and third-party billing
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner and refer clinical questions to the pharmacist
Collect prescription information accurately
Handle cash and card transactions, assist with OTC product inquiries
Receive, stock, and organize medications and health supplies
Track expiration dates and manage returns or waste in compliance with regulations
Monitor stock levels and help with order preparation
Maintain patient records and filing systems
Assist in managing faxes and coordinating follow-ups
