About The Position
This position will provide support to pharmacies across North Central Co-op with Edmonton and surrounding area; however, the position is based out of our Hawkstone Pharmacy location. The successful candidate must be available Monday through Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Open availability is an asset. Travel will be required.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year in a retail pharmacy preferred
- Knowledge of Kroll system preferred
- Commitment to excellence in customer service
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly, prompt and professional manner
- Gather prescription information, input demographic and prescription information into database
- Process, package and complete payment processing for customer prescriptions
- Maintain patient profiles and ensure they are updated
- Coordinate blister package filling
- All Cash and till duties
- Ordering products and pharmacy supplies
- Other duties as required
