About The Position

ScriptPro is a company that develops, sells, and supports robotics and services for pharmacies across the United States and Canada. The Strategic Planning department is looking for a Pharmacy Accounts Receivable Support Representative to support the Financial Advantage initiative. This role involves working within customer pharmacy reconciliation platforms to manage prescription transaction payment processing, oversee accounts receivable activities, ensure compliance, generate reports, and resolve issues. Success requires strong attention to detail, effective collaboration, and a solid understanding of pharmacy-related financial processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a retail pharmacy technician
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to manage and organize data files
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment
  • Must have high-speed reliable internet access with a hard-wired connection
  • Must have a distraction free home office workspace
  • Must be willing to participate in video virtual meetings (camera on)
  • Requires routine use of standard equipment and extended computer use.
  • Employee must be able to sit, use hands and fingers, and occasionally lift, squat, stoop, bend, and reach.
  • Problem-solving, practical learning, and instruction interpretation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and insurance payers
  • Monitor and manage the import of client sales transmissions
  • Retrieve, download, and input payment file data
  • Monitor and import daily deposit data
  • Reconcile payments and remittance details
  • Investigate and resolve payment exceptions
  • Provide responsive and professional customer service
  • Collaborate with other team members and customers to ensure data accuracy and timely issue resolution
  • Maintain documentation of processes and procedures to support consistency and compliance
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to system enhancements
  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA and other regulatory requirements related to patient and payment data
  • Perform additional duties and support projects as assigned
