Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or PharmD from an accredited pharmacy program.
- One (1) year of pharmacy practice experience.
- Active State of Washington Pharmacist License.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Fluency in English required.
Nice To Haves
- Additional fluency in other languages is valued.
Responsibilities
- Providing pharmaceutical services to patients and medical staff by interpreting and preparing medication orders from health care providers.
- Assuring that pharmaceuticals dispensed are in accordance with ICHS standards, policies and procedures, and federal and state laws, regulations and standards.
- Ensuring patients receive safe and appropriate medication therapy, with a focus on quality customer service and sensitivity.
