Baptist Health is seeking a Pharmacist to join their team at Baptist Medical Center Nassau. This is a full-time opportunity with various shifts available at the Baptist Nassau Campus.
Requirements
- Registered Pharmacist - State Board of Pharmacy Required
- Licensed Pharmacist - DOH Required
- Bachelor of Science Required
- A Pharmacist license within the State of Florida is required.
Nice To Haves
- In-Patient Hospital Pharmacy Experience is preferred
- PGY1 Residency is preferred
Responsibilities
- Entering orders with great accuracy.
- Checking technician work for accuracy prior to release of medications and solutions to the floor.
- Supervising technicians and serving on committees as assigned.
- Answering questions for all health care professionals.
- Serving as a consultant for members of the medical staff.
- Monitoring patient therapy as assigned, including pharmacokinetics services.
