Requirements

• Current & valid license to practice pharmacy as issued by Ohio State Board of Pharmacy, pursuant to Sections 4729.01 to 4729.29, inclusive of Ohio Revised Code
• Must provide own transportation

Responsibilities

• Manage patient’s drug therapy
• Compounds and dispenses inpatient medication pursuant to prescribed orders
• Counsels’ patients on medical and health subjects
• Documents direct patient care
