About The Position

The Pharmacist is responsible for dispensing, reviewing, and verifying prescribed medications in accordance with regulatory guidelines and company policies and procedures. The role provides pharmacy consulting services to customers, including guidance on effective medication use, awareness of drug interactions, and recommendations for over-the-counter products such as vitamins and herbal supplements. The Pharmacist supports efficient pharmacy workflow and assists the Pharmacy Manager in identifying ways to optimize pharmacy financials, manage inventory, and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree, Bachelor of Science degree, or equivalent.
• Graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Current active pharmacist licensure in the State of Florida.

Nice To Haves

• Two to three years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
