Position Summary: The Pharmacist is responsible for delivering safe, patient-centered medication management and pharmacist-directed clinical services while ensuring efficient and compliant pharmacy operations. This role practices at the top of licensure to provide care in accordance with federal and state law, statewide protocols, and WellPower Collaborative Practice Agreements (CPAs), supporting optimal patient outcomes and evolving pharmacy services. Provide support to current and future initiatives as outlined by pharmacy and upline WellPower leadership. Engages in all aspects of Pharmaceutical Care, including reviewing and interpreting prescriptions, detecting therapeutic incompatibilities, prescription dispensing, maintaining records, counseling consumers. Review drug therapies according to professional standards and state and federal legal requirements. Provide medication information to patients, staff, and other health professionals.
