Requirements

Outpatient Oncology Investigational Pharmacist role
8-hour shift
Work closely with medical, nursing and pharmacy staff
Provide exceptional patient care to cancer patients on clinical trials

Responsibilities

Providing comprehensive care for outpatient oncology patients with various cancer-related disease states, with a focus on patients who are enrolled in clinical trials and receiving investigational therapies in the cancer center.
Reviewing and verifying chemotherapy orders to ensure accuracy and safety.
Monitoring therapeutic drugs to optimize drug therapy and improve patient outcomes.
Participating in oncology disease-related groups to support guideline and SOP development, updates, and new drug monographs.
Providing accurate drug information to healthcare professionals and patients.
