About The Position

Practices pharmacy as a knowledge-based clinical profession and integrates patient-oriented services with traditional distributive and drug control activities. Provides pharmaceutical services, including drug information, to nurses, physicians, and other health care providers. Advises health care providers about drug interactions, contraindications, and other relevant information to support optimal and safe drug therapy. Serves patients including neonates, pediatric patients, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Must have an active Georgia Pharmacy license.

Nice To Haves

• One year of previous hospital pharmacy experience.
• Good communication skills.
