About The Position
As a Pharmacist at Medical West, UAB, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for our patients. Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
- Active pharmacist license in the state of practice.
Responsibilities

- Provide medication therapy management and pharmacoeconomic evaluations to optimize patient outcomes.
