About The Position
We are seeking experienced, licensed Pharmacists for a short-term emergency coverage assignment. This role requires confident, high-volume pharmacy experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. This is a premium-pay contract opportunity for professionals comfortable with urgent operational coverage needs. Current opportunities are available throughout Lake Forest, Foothill Ranch, Laguna Hills, Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, and surrounding South Orange County communities.
Requirements
- CA State Pharmacist License in good standing
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D.
- Knowledge and experience of pharmacy practice
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident, high-volume pharmacy experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
Responsibilities
- Dispense prescription medications, offering detailed counsel on proper use, dosage, and potential side effects.
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including efficient inventory management and maintaining a clean, organized space.
- Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations and company policies.
- Foster strong relationships with patients and staff.
- Supervise pharmacy staff, ensuring a high standard of service and adherence to best practices.
