About The Position
Provide competent and accurate pharmacist service in the acute care setting.
Requirements
- Current, valid Pharmacist license to practice pharmacy in the state of California.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS card.
- Computer
- Equipment related to the compounding of pharmaceuticals.
- Able to perform the essential physical duties as noted on the job description.
Responsibilities
- Provide competent and accurate pharmacist service in the acute care setting.
- Provide prescribed medications and drug information as needed to ensure adequate patient care according to professional standards/practices and hospital policy/procedures.
