About The Position
Walgreens is hiring a Pharmacist to provide patient-focused pharmacy and healthcare services. The role provides expert pharmacy consulting, educates patients about medication use, side effects, and cost-effective options, and delivers clinical services such as immunizations, diagnostic testing, and medication therapy management. Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a pharmacist degree from an accredited educational institution.
- Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
- Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of pharmacist experience in a retail setting, including prescription filling and verification, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance.
Responsibilities
