Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD), required.
- Must hold a current Pharmacist license in the State of Ohio.
- Prior Pharmacist experience, closed-door/production pharmacy preferred.

- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the pharmacy for extended periods of time.

- Occasional lifting, carrying, or moving items up to 25 pounds.
- Visual acuity to read prescription labels, reports, and computer screens accurately.
- May require bending, reaching, and repetitive motions during production activities.
- Applicants must be eligible to work in this country.

Responsibilities
- Ensuring clinical accuracy and execution of patient prescriptions.
- Verification of hard copy and digital Rx’s.
- Communication with healthcare professionals and making sure that the Dr. call line is answered.
- Supervision and execution of incoming and outgoing prescription transfers.
- Perform DUR to identify MTM eligible patients and identify clinical intervention per patient with follow up.
- Ensure all legal, privacy and compliance requirements are met.
