About The Position
Reedsburg Area Medical Center is currently hiring a Per Diem retail pharmacist! Hours will vary based on need. RAMC Community Pharmacy Pharmacist provides services for discharge and ambulatory patients. Providing Medication Therapy Management Services, immunizations, precepting of pharmacy students, patient counseling and education, support for our 340B program, and providing leadership for all pharmacy staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a PharmD degree.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice pharmacy in the State of Wisconsin.
- BLS certified.
- One year of clinical patient care.
Nice To Haves
- Completion of an ASHP-accredited residency training program is preferred.
- Working knowledge of clinic-based operations (vaccinations, medication sampling, supply requirements, etc.) preferred.
- Certification by the Board of Pharmacy is preferred.
- Three (3) years of retail, institutional, community hospital, or an ASHP-accredited residency training program is preferred.
