Pharmacist, Medication Management, Full Time, First Shift
About The Position
The Pharmacist, Medication Management role is a full-time, first-shift position working 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The pharmacist must be licensed and in good standing with the South Carolina Board of Pharmacy, or be board eligible. A PharmD degree and completion of a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency are required; two or more years of relevant clinical experience may be considered instead of residency training. Employees who were Clinical Pharmacists with SRH before April 1, 2018, are also eligible under the stated qualifications. Board-eligible candidates must obtain a South Carolina pharmacist license within three months of hire.
Requirements
- PharmD degree.
- Licensed and in good standing with the South Carolina Board of Pharmacy to practice as a pharmacist, or board eligible.
- Completion of a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency, or two or more years of relevant clinical experience may be considered in the absence of residency training.
- Alternatively, employed as a Clinical Pharmacist with SRH before April 1, 2018.
- Board-eligible candidates must obtain a South Carolina pharmacist license within three months of hire.
Nice To Haves
