The Ideal candidate is a licensed pharmacist with a Pharm.D. or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college. They demonstrate strong clinical knowledge and a commitment to patient-centered care in an ambulatory oncology setting. While hospital pharmacy experience (6 months or more) is preferred, the candidate should excel in accuracy, communication, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
