About The Position
This position is for a Pharmacist (Retail) at UW Health Swedish American in Rockford, IL. The work schedule is PRN, Registry/PRN with variable shifts including weekdays from 8 am to 5:30 pm and Saturdays from 8 am to 3 pm. Additional compensation components may include evening, night, and weekend shift differential, overtime, and on-call pay.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy Required
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required
- Current licensure from State of Illinois or license eligible. Required

- Completion of ASHP-accredited residency. Preferred
