About The Position

The Essentia Health PGY2 Oncology Residency Program is designed to help professionals grow clinical and leadership skills, preparing them for a career in patient-focused clinical practice and leadership. Residents will obtain advanced knowledge in clinical practice and expertise in pharmacy administration, management, and leadership activities. The PGY2 year specifically provides training in oncology and infusion, building upon skills developed during the PGY1 year.

Requirements

Graduate of a college of pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education required
Pharm D degree
East Market Licensure as a Registered Pharmacist by the Minnesota State Board of Pharmacy OR Ability to become licensed no later than August 1 after date of hire or transfer
Central Market Licensed as a Registered Pharmacist by the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy or must be registered with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacist-Intern and actively pursuing licensure as a Registered Pharmacist by the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy
Fargo: Licensed as a Registered Pharmacist by the North Dakota Board of Pharmacy or must be registered with the North Dakota Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacist-Intern and actively pursuing licensure as a Registered Pharmacist by the North Dakota Board of Pharmacy OR ability to become licensed no later than August 1 after date of hire or transfer
