We're hiring Pharmacists and Relief Pharmacists to support our pharmacy teams in the Evansville, Indiana and Owensboro, Kentucky markets. Whether you're serving patients at a dedicated store or supporting multiple pharmacy locations within an assigned footprint, you'll practice in a collaborative, patient-focused environment with the time, support, and resources to deliver exceptional care. Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
Current pharmacist license for the applicable state.
Certified Immunizer, where required.
Retail or community pharmacy experience preferred.
Strong clinical judgment and patient counseling skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
Working knowledge of pharmacy systems, policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations.
Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and developing others.

Responsibilities

Accurately review, verify, and dispense prescription medications.
Deliver exceptional patient care through counseling, education, and medication management.
Build positive relationships with patients, healthcare providers, team members, and leadership.
Mentor, coach, and develop pharmacy technicians while fostering accountability and teamwork.
Lead pharmacy operations in the absence of the Pharmacist in Charge.
Perform and oversee clinical services, including immunizations, where permitted by state law.
Ensure compliance with Meijer policies and all state and federal pharmacy regulations.
Prioritize workflow while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer service.
Promote pharmacy initiatives, wellness programs, and clinical services that improve community health.
Support continuous improvement and contribute to the growth of the pharmacy.
For Relief Pharmacist opportunities, support pharmacy locations within a dedicated footprint and established driving radius.
Perform other duties as assigned.
