Requirements
- Must be a licensed Pharmacist Intern
Responsibilities
- Assist the pharmacist by filling physician orders for medications
- Mixes IV admixture solutions as required using aseptic technique in the Laminar Air Flow Hood
- Prepares and files charge slips
- Performs other related duties
