About The Position
This position is a pharmacist-in-training and as such may, in the execution of their job and under the direction and supervision of a pharmacy preceptor, perform all the duties of a pharmacist except the final check of medications. An intern (in conjunction with a pharmacy preceptor) is responsible for helping to assure that patients receive safe, efficient, cost-effective drug therapy and for providing clinical drug information to physicians, nurses, patients and other healthcare professionals. Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited school of pharmacy.
- Washington Pharmacist License upon hire, Or Washington Pharmacist Intern Registration upon hire.
