The role ensures compliance with company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations, including loss prevention, safety, and quality assurance. It requires maintaining confidentiality of information and records. The Pharmacist in Charge is responsible for modeling and enforcing proper customer service, resolving customer issues, and providing comprehensive patient care, including processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, administering immunizations, and counseling customers on healthcare and medication needs.
